Study on the Economic Potential of Far Edge Computing in the Future Smart Internet of Things

The DECISION European Project is holding a workshop on the future impact of Edge Computing on the Cloud-IoT Continuum. Participants will better understand the current context of the market relative to these technologies and get insights into the new development and expenditure opportunities that will be opened up by the integration of Edge Computing into a Cloud-Edge-IoT Continuum. Additionally, the webinar will explore market innovation and partnership possibilities for the emergent continuum model.

Organised in partnership with the European Commission’s DG Connect, the workshop will feature key insights into the European perspective on the current evolution of the technology and its relative market opportunities, as well as a presentation on use cases in line with the upcoming European Commission pilot programs.
