DESCRIPTION:The ECS Brokerage Event combines the brokerage activities of the industry associations AENEAS\, EPoSS and INSIDE into one networking event dedicated to project proposals in the field of Electronic Components and Systems.\nThis event facilitates the ECS community and collects all project proposals and experts together\, making it easier for the ECS community to network\, create project ideas and build consortia.\nParticipation \nParticipation to the ECS Brokerage Event is free of charge for members of the industry associations and for Public Authorities.\nFor those who are not part of one of these communities\, a fee of €250 excluding VAT is to be paid in advance (non-refundable). For SMEs a reduced price of €125 excluding VAT applies.\nPlease note that filling in your VAT number in the registration process is mandatory due to tax requirements. \nIncluded in your registration: \n\nin person participation in the sessions including interactive workshops\nnetworking with persons that are active in Electronic Components and Systems\nmeeting spaces for consortium building for your project idea\nfirst-hand information about calls for projects and funding opportunities\ncatering and a networking cocktail during the event\nrent of the event space\, including furniture\, lighting and signs\nsound and AV costs\nwireless internet (WiFi) connection\n\nFor members of AENEAS\, EPoSS and INSIDE\, these services are included in the membership\, so they do not pay a hospitality package for the ECS Brokerage.\nHotel and travel costs are not included. \nRegister Now
