Additionally\, the role of licenses in fostering innovation and community engagement is emphasized. \nSpeaker:\nWayne Beaton\,\nDirector of Open Source Projects at Eclipse Foundation \nWayne works for the Eclipse Foundation where he fills the dual roles of Director of Open Source Projects and Evangelist.
